Happy Monday

Mondays are busy, Calls to the banks for short sales... I love it when they tell you they can't find the file on Monday.  Then the renter changes their mind.. now they don't want the home, that is okay I have 5 other people to call  :-)

I just want to remind everyone to save the date  for Wed, 26.. 6 or 7 pm at Cherry Creek Mortgage, 1360 South Stapley Road # 100, Mesa Az 85204 Shor Sale Seminar.  Jeff  Underwood will be speaking about your options and what happens to the credit. If you would call and let me know you are coming that would be great.
